2,225 Patriots Protest ObamaCare in Missouri

Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit is liveblogging the anti-ObamaCare rally in St. Charles MO today. His most recent update included a head count of 2,225 patriots determined to make their voices heard in opposition to the latest efforts to co-opt 1/6th of our economy in the name of health care reform. The rally was called for by Rep. Todd Akin and GOP House Leader John Boehner who asked for "ALL HANDS ON DECK" and "ALL BOOTS ON THE GROUND" for this "kill the bill" rally.

Protests are scheduled throughout the day to greet President Obama as he takes his Kabuki road show to St. Louis today. Details on the second protest for anyone in that area are as follows:
The Second Protest planned by the St. Louis Tea Party Coalition is planned for 5:30 on Wednesday night downtown in St. Louis across from the Renaissance Grand hotel. We are meeting at 5:00 PM on 9th and Delmar. WEAR BLACK!

Because I had covered the event in Philadelphia on Monday, I was contacted by one of the bloggers who will be working with Jim Hoft and Michelle Moore as they try to cover the protests and potential shenanigans at the speech. I was pleased to offer what little advice I could and promised to help spread the news of their efforts in Missouri. If we can't be there in person to lend support, we can be with them in spirit to applaud their efforts.
