Don't Diss the Boy Scouts
It seems as though the Boy Scouts didn't appreciate Obama's decision to ditch the National Jamboree so he could dish with the ladies on "The View." It was their 100th anniversary! Gawker spins this one like a top:

Can't understand why everyone thinks Obama should have gone to celebrate the Boy Scouts 100th anniversary instead of a taping of The View. Think how prestigious a trip to the View and talking with his #1 fan would be vs the Boy Scout Jamboree. Just because this was a one time event for the scouts and the view tapes 5 days a week 52 weeks a year. Seems logical to me. NOTTTTTTTTTT
ReplyDeleteTruth be told I was happy that Kevin (who was at the Jamboree) wasn't subjected to "Barry" and all the hassles that having a president at the Jambo causes.

ReplyDeleteI thought about Kevin when I saw this. I would have been glad that Barry didn't show too especially when you know he really could give two hoots about the Scouts or the tradition. It was insult to injury having to listen to his drivel on top of that.
